Easy horn fix

While getting ready for my annual fishing trip I took my boat out on the water to check all system for proper operations. Well after 10 years of ownership the trumpet horn failed. Researched tug nuts site for fixes and other sites on replacement of the horn, on one site they recommend spraying PB blaster in the horn, I figured if it was already broken I couldn't hurt it any more. Since I didn't have time to replace horn prior to my trip I bought a canned air horn so I'll be legal on the water. I had forgot about the PB Blaster until this morning as I was loading the boat with my gear I noticed the can of spray on top of the cabin so I powered up and tried the horn it sounded like it did the day I bought it. Well now I can cross that off my winter fix list. Bob

It's nice to get an easy win once in a while. I had almost the exact same story except mine stops after purchasing the canned air horn. It's still going strong.
