EC 21 replacement stern rails

Hello Andrew
I may need a EC 21 replacement port side stern rail (fixed) and stanchion fittings to replace damage from a boat yard accident. Is this something the factory can ship to me, or am I better of having it fabricated locally? My insurance company is picking up the tab ( a 32' sailboat blew off its stands during winter storage last month, landing on my port side stern rail).
