Try this on for size... brand new CW 32’. Factory delivery experience in Seattle was great. Boat delivered to our marina in NJ. Now the starboard throttle controls the port engine and vice versa. The starboard start/stop switch powers on/off the port engine. How in the hell does this happen?

This is exactly the kind of mistake I discussed in the MY OBSERVATION thread. How? What happened? Why wasn’t it discovered and fixed BEFORE you took delivery. I feel your outrage.
 
Kenny is working with our marina’s service department on this. He and Andrew reached out quickly, and I appreciate that. Now we see if the service department will fix it tomorrow or makes us wait until Monday. That’s another forum, I guess! [emoji23]
