EngineRelay Warning

A warning on my 2014 R 25. (Power Relay Failure. Engine does not start or stops)
We have noticed nothing in the running or starting of the engine, nothing but the warning. Our service rep does not know what it is. Any ideas?

Hello Garth,

This is a simple one. If the ignition is on when the engine battery is turned off the next time you turn on the ignition it will say Power relay failure. The reason is because the engine doesn't know why it lost power all of a sudden. Make sure when you shut down the engine you hit the start/stop button, then the ignition button, then turn the battery switch off.
