Extra Cave Access- R27

I would like to create an additional access door to the cave in my R27. I saw a photo of a long narrow door cut into the vertical face of the structure under the table down near the floor, but I can’t remember where I saw it. If you have such a door, could you share the details of its design and construction? My boat already has one extra door to the cave— a square access door located underneath the microwave.

The doors came from defender and Amazon, same brand as stamped on back of Ranger-supplied originals. Cut 1 with a Drexel/glass bit. And the second with a vibrasaw (easier and less mess). Glued both in with clear silicon. No reenforcement needed, no problems.

Stu, what is the color of ur boat? It doesn't look like a standard RT color.

It is the standard Claret Red. Just the sun angle. Some of the site looks better color.
