Let me first get this out of the way... I love the boat. And love my dealer (Pocket Yachts). BUT, when the boat was delivered to me last August it was missing the screen on the port side dinette window. The dealer reported it to the factory at that time hoping that they would provide the screen in a timely manner. I'm told they have touched base with the factory multiple times since then, usually when I've asked about it, and even provided a tracing of the mirror image screen from the opposite window to them to make it easier for the factory to get the screen. Still no screen.

Sure, it seems like a small thing, but it's been over 8 MONTHS that my dealer has been trying to get the factory to provide the missing screen. Summer is coming. We've gotten lots of explanations (excuses) about why they haven't been able to come up with the screen, but enough is enough. I'm going go through this pathway to try to get the problem fixed.

Can somebody at the factory PLEASE get this resolved? Thanks in advance.
 
I have a 2016 R27 and oddly I received an extra window screen. I was however short a ceiling vent screen. It arrived about a month after delivery. Sometimes counting to six can be challenging. Fortunately I have ten fingers, six on one hand and four on the other.

Ask Pocket Yachts to take a screen out of an inventory boat and then let them be concerned on the replacement. If they have a like model in stock I’m betting they’d do that, there a great bunch.

Thanks to the expert assistance of Ralf Henkel at the RT factory, the missing screen finally arrived today. Just a little over a year for perhaps one of the least significant parts on my boat, but it was an annoyance.

I am very grateful for Ralf's help in resolving an issue that could not be handled by my dealer, and encourage anyone having warranty related issues to contact him. He is a terrific asset at FM, and I am most grateful for his help.
