Fans, clocks, barometer, fire extinguisher, RobShip and Misc

I like those cases. Looks like a great setup for making things easily accessible. Love the brass instruments. I’ll have to come by one of these days, considering we are going to be across from each other. “R” dock !!!

Dan: Yes we certainly should be exchanging ideas etc. The Port of Edmonds Ops office will give you a key to S dock and to me for R dock if they're asked nicely about it. The Port of Edmonds is famous for its 'security' policies. 😉

On a side note.... There's a R29 CB on R dock just into the the covered slips. It had a dinghy on its swim step that meant an extra 2 feet of slip was required and were likely being charged extra for this over hang. Yesterday I noted they had removed the dinghy from its normal installation on the davits and brought it to the inside of the swim step rails with it standing vertically..... hence no longer having a 2 foot overhang and avoiding the over hang charge. I thought this to be quite an innovative approach for eliminating the over hang and its associated charges. Very cunning if you ask me. 🙂 😎

When I first caught sight of the dinghy being placed in a vertical position I was quite confused looking at the boat's stern from some several hundred feet away from it. I had to take a closer look to understand what I was seeing. It did look strange, but I believe I know why it was done.

Barry,
Very handy setup. Looks like I'll have to buy a couple Robship bags. :?

I'm disappointed to say those RobShip bags appear to have been discontinued as I cannot located them with my searching at this time. When I bought them they were being offered by Defender.com with an ActiveCaptain discount. I simply bought all versions of them as they seem just the ticket for my use. My guess, looking back, is that Defender wanted to clear its stock of RobShip products due to them being discontinued. 🙁
