faucet leaking

The faucet in the head has developed a leak - thankfully only when on! - A small stream of water is coming out from under the handle. I don't know the model number or I'd look up the repair possibilities on line. I don't see any obvious way to remove the handle assembly. Any help or suggestions appreciated!

double check that the pipe is screwed all the way into the handle. it should come apart

There is a washer in there that is difficult to get seated properly. The Crome collar unscrews from the back of the faucet head.

I thought mine was leaking at the base of the faucet but it was leaking from the screen adapter running down the faucet to the base.
