Fiberglass Splitting

We have a year old (well taken care of) 2021 R-23. I noticed today that the fiberglass on the 2 bow hatch covers is cracking and splitting diagonally on the corners. Wondering if any one else has experienced this issue? Thanks

This seems common with the jim black hatches. If you reach out to Hi Tide Manufacturing I've heard they replace them under warranty in some instances.

I’ll echo what Dave said with the added thought that the trim is plastic, I’m thinking, and therefore not as durable as fiberglass.

And just to clarify, I am having the same issue with mine. I called them, and they said they have a 1yr warranty but to take photos and send them via email. I send the email two weeks ago and hadn't seen a reply yet, so this prompted me to follow up with them....

Thanks for your replies. Reached out to our dealer today, and hopefully have a fix in progress.

I heard back from Hi-Tide Mfg after my follow up. They are not willing to do anything about the cracks in my hatches due to age (6yrs). I'm sure you'll have better luck given its only been 1yr.
