First battery dead, no house power

Arrived for first day of fishing and no house power. Engine power works.
Have reset breaker and left plugged into shore power overnight (battery charger on) but still no charge to first battery.

Any help?

Resolved with help from helpful folks at Ranger. Seems when the House battery can get so low it won’t read a charge from the offshore. So used portable charger to get it to minimum charge which took a couple hours and then shore power finally worked.
