Thanks for reaching out. Not sure if you've trailered before, but you would essentially do the same things as when you are trailering. It's definitely a good idea to close the seacocks so that accessories that need their prime will stay that way. (for example the air con and generator, etc.) Also, it's always a good idea to leave the seacocks closed and drain plug in until after the boat is pressure washed, so that water doesn't get blasted into any through hull or the bilge by someone not paying close attention. That alone would cause me to leave all seacocks closed just in case. I would also turn all the battery switches off and just leave the boat in a similar state as if you are storing it. You won't be out of the water that long, but since you probably won't have access to any shore power, you should have all accessories turned off just in case. You can leave the 24/7 fuses plugged in.
