First Shower on Boat

Was a great success. Didn’t feel cramped. At 6’4”, was very pleased with the accommodation. The wrap around curtain gives ample space and keeps other areas of the bathroom dry. Of course the noisy water pump has got to go!!

Regardless of how cramped or inconvenient it may be a hot shower on a boat feels soooo good.

We almost always anchor in spots with enough privacy that we can pass the shower hand set out the porthole and shower in the cockpit with plenty of elbow room.

Now you need to install a watermaker, 20gallons per hour, run the engine a little and hot water galore. I put in a Cruise RO in components, membrane and high-pressure pump behind the galley, controls in a locker below the galley, filters in behind holding tank area. 😎
