Fort Lauderdale R27

Lisa and I just docked at Cooley's Landing Marina, on the New River, in Ft Lauderdale Florida and after getting settled in noticed a dark blue R27 tied up close by. There is no name on the transom and no one around but we wanted to extend an invitation to get together to the owners or anyone else in the area. Does anyone know who this might be?

We are in the water and there is a blue hulled 29 two slips down from us. Figured we would have seen someone yesterday. Maybe they will show up today.
