forward berth on the 29' ranger

We are in the process of purchasing a 29' ranger and note the strange configuration of the forward berth. Has anyone had bedding custom made for this? Not being a seamstress, I could use some info. Thanks in advance.

Don't you love the large forward berth on the 29?
On Zuma we purchased a Memory Foam mattress topper from Costco
~had the good folks at the factory cut it to the v-berth dimension
~then took a king sheet set and cut it down with an 8" allowance
~for the fitted sheet we sewed 1" elastic around all four sides - we put the fitted sheet on the mattress topper only
~for the flat sheet we did a finish edge
It works like a dream (literally).....

Have a great time with this process... we loved every minute and the folks at the Monroe plant are great to work with.

Try Custom Quality Linens http://www.qualitycustomlinens.com/ They did all of the bedding for our Mainship 40 and it really turned out great. It was expensive though.
