A couple weeks ago I started having problems with my fresh water system on my 2018 C-24. The water pump has always been very noisy but water supply was fine until recently when it lost the ability to pump water. Checked all feed lines, filter, vent and everything looked fine. I even reversed water flow and also pressurized the system which then while pressurized it had running water. The last thing that I looked at was the lift tube in the tank which was a pain access. It was straight cut and to long which had it sealing on the bottom of the tank. It should have been angle cut and a 1/4 inch shorter. In my opinion this should have never happened. I believe that the top of the plastic tank has started to sag a little and caused the lift tube to touch the bottom. I cut the lift tube a 1/4 inch and at a 45 degree angle and the system works great now and is much quieter due to the new pump.
