Front Cabinet

The front small cabinet in our stateroom is getting moisture and mold . I guess from the chain locker. Is there some drainage running through there?

Removed the interior panel. I could see an anchor lockage drain tube. The bottom of which is connected to the hull, I assume drainage over the side. However the top of the hose is totally loose. I cant really see what this is suppose to be connected too. Any ideas?

My R-29 CB just has a drainage hole that did get clogged. I used a high-pressure hose attachment to push out accumulated tiny pine needles that the previous owner had allowed to accumulate. I didn't see any tube. Mine's a 2019 so maybe they're different?

If you pour a gallon of water into the locker, does it drain out properly?
