Fuel fill won't accept large pumps - adapter needed

Hi, Many of the local marinas supply Diesel via larger high speed a nozzle and it won't fit the fuel pipe on my R-25.

Is there a standard adapter I can purchase so I don't have to go from marina to marina looking for a smaller nozzle to take on fuel? Thanks!
 
You can just build one out of PVC. Or steel pipe if you prefer. The fitting on the boat is 1 1/4" NPT. The previous owner of my boat built one out of PVC and stepped it up to 1 1/2" after the threaded piece on the end. Also installed a 45 degree bend so it points straight up. So far it works great. Though I hold the nozzle and wouldn't trust the PVC threads with the weight of nozzle and hose.
