I have a 2006 R25 with a midship fuel tank filler. There is no fuel tank vent any where around it. How is the tank vented?
Thanks,
Captain Norm

There should be a small vent hole down on the side of the hull somewhere near the fuel filler.

While filling you should be able to smell the fumes and hear the sound of air escaping from the tank.
As Brad stated, it should be close to the fill port.

There is no vent outlet anywhere around the fill cap. Is it possible that the filler cap is the vent? There are two small holes in the underside of the filler cap but I don't see how that could be the vent.

Looking at a picture of an R25 classic, I see five through hulls on the starboard side, just above the waterline. One of those may be the fuel tank vent, but I'm not sure.
