Your answer is on page 23. Never use fuel with more than 0.5% sulfur by volume, but less than 0.05% is preferred.

In a nutshell, it looks like the answer is to run it on the lowest sulfur diesel you can find. ULSD is now the federal standard in the US for on-road vehicles. I suspect that you'll get the same at most marinas now.
