Hi all. I have a 2023 Cutwater 32CB. A zone on my fusion radio has gone out. The radio recognizes the zone, but there is no sound coming out of the zone. In troubleshooting, I have reset the entire radio to factory default, turn off all power and rebooted the entire system. But I get the same results. I think the issue might be with an amplifier that is either not connected to that zone or the amplifier has a zone that is faulty. Does anyone know where these amplifiers are located. I think there are two amplifiers for this boat. The fuses are fine. Thanks in advance.

I don't know what radio you have installed.

The radios installed typically have a built-in amp that powers 2 zones. Often times, the radio support a 3rd zone, which would require adding an additional amp. (140 watt, which 70 watts x 2 channels (left and right).

I upgraded my Fusion radio, added a 140 watt amp, split the speakers into 3 zones (v-berth, cabin and cockpit).

I had that problem and I found a loose glass fuse on the amplifier.

Typical install would've had one or two additional fusion zone amps mounted in the same space as the stereo head unit. Access is marginal from the panel underneath, best access is from above by removing the windshield heater/fan.

You can see the amplifier on my boat in the photo, it's the white box in the hole. It's a 2 zone. I had to remove the radio to get to it. You could try to remove the fan but you might need both access points.
