Fusion stereo does not power up.

Hi all,

Our fusion ip-700 stereo was working fine. Playing iTunes using the Aux ear phone to RCA adapter. Next time we powered up, the unit did not power up, at least no splash screen.mPressed the reset. No change. Fuses fine, both inline and in the v berth. Pulled out the unit. a little more than 14 volts to the red and yellow leads. Reset again. Still appears to be no power when I push the power button.

Suggestions needed.

Same symptoms on my friends Ranger. We called Fusion. They said the unit is shot, you need a new one. So much for trouble shooting. :lol:

I agree with Mike. You might try a hard reset but best is to contact fusion directly to allow the professionals to do the troubleshooting. A new unit might be needed.
