Garmin Autopilot Service Ft. Myers Area

After CCU replacement, the Garmin Autopilot on my 2012 R27 will not complete the Setup Wizard without going hard over. The compass calibration works perfectly, but during the autopilot calibration routine, the Setup Wizard will initially function normally, but then turn the boat hard— full rudder.

I am currently tied up at the dock of some friends near Ft. Myers and will end up at the SW Florida rendezvous. I’m looking for a recommendation of a competent person or company that can service this autopilot. It very well may be a case of one bad CCU replacing another.

I will be the one from Ranger/Cutwater representing at the SW rendezvous next week. If you are still having the issue maybe I can help you out after I get everyone taken care of who signed up for repairs/advice. If I remember correctly there is a small group of people that signed up for the repairs/advice. Hope to see you there!!
