Garmin Backup Camera

Recenlty purchased a Garmin Wireless 7" screen and backup camera for my R25 SC.
I am wondering what would be the best location for the camera. Should I mount it on the swim grid (camera would removable) or on the back of my SUV. (also could mount it above the cabin entry door)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We also have a R25SC. I mounted our back-up camera on the gunnel about half way between the flag and the fuel cap. When the flag blows to the starboard it blocks the view a little but the wiring was easy to do in that location. Industrial strength velcro and a clamp on the rail and it is mounted with no holes in the fiberglass in the event I decide I do not want it some day. If on the swim step it would be wet and/or blocked by the zodiac. On the overhead I would have gotten lots of cockpit in the screen rather than just aft the swim platform which was my goal. I should have purchased a unit with a larger screen, your screen is twice the size as mine, because boats that are back just a little distance are too small to easily see on my screen.
