Garmin display 2021 C30S

Hi all,
For some reason when I check on the boat, on the trailer plugged in, my Garmin displays will sometimes be on.
I shut them off and when I return the next time they will be on again.
Any advice?

You can remove the fuse, assuming the manual I was able to find on the WWW is accurate for your year boat

Looks like Dash Fuse Block 1
Subpanel 8 Switch 30 Amp fuse

Not sure if this is what is going on but. The chart plotter can be set up to auto power up when power is applied. IE when you turn on the 12 volt battery switch to power up the house. If the vhf radio is Garmin it can also be setup to auto power up the same way.
I don’t remember where in the settings but it can be changed.

I will look into the Garmin settings.
Not sure I want to pull the fuse because it shouldn't be happening so I would rather figure it out.

Seems the Auto Power setting would be a better option.

We had the same issue with our 2021 R29. It was set on auto start up. When you have the screen covers on and you turn the batteries on you don't even know they are on until you discover how hot they get with the covers on. It has been a couple of years, so I don't recall exactly how to change the setting, but it works fine once that function is turned off.
