Garmin VHF 200...Squelch

My Garmin VHF-200 has stopped receiving even on the NOAH weather channels.
Let me clarify...I can receive only when I turn the squelch down to where I hear static on all channels.
The antenna appears OK because the radio transmits fine.
I have toggled the LOCAL/DIST switch and have done a reset to restore the factory settings.
I have a ticket in with Garmin now.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes. Same symptoms. Garmin replaced the master board and returned the unit. Works fine now.

Hello Tug-nutters,

I returned my Garmin VHF 200 after getting return authorization.
Got the replacement in 5 days and re-installed it and everything is working fine 😀 .

Mine's not right. I've been using my handheld. Guess I'll have to add that to my list of things to get fixed.
