Has anyone had to change the black gasket on the pop up drain plug? If so, what was your replacement?

I did replace it. It was a while back. I seem to remember that I got the name of the supplier from Richard at Ranger and called them and ordered a new one. Or perhaps Richard got it for me.

Thank you Mike. You are always there with great advice!

How does it pop up? I was unscrewing the top to remove it to drain!(just got the boat and learning everything)

Does it just pull up or is there a lever like on a bathroom sink?

Just push down on it. Once to lock down and again to release.

Should be a standard sink drain. I've never seen different sizes. Try Home Depot or Lowes. Make sure to only hand tighten when re assembling or you will crack the plastic. You can assemble without a gasket by using silicone on the underside of the chrome ring that seats in the vessel. Excess silicone should squeeze out. Just wipe off excess with a damp rag.

Good Luck, Leon
