I want to say a public "Thank You" to Andrew Custis at Ranger Tugs, whom I assume is at the Kent, WA factory.

My first post on here included a question, "Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Ranger Tugs?" or words to that effect. (I had some previous problems.) Andrew immediately contacted me and offered all the help I needed. And I found that my previous problems had been unusual, and uncharacteristic of the Ranger company. I have had all my questions answered, and Andrew has ordered some small parts for me.

So, thanks to Andrew and Ranger Tugs, as well as Tugnuts. I can certainly recommend the contact information listed on this site. Great customer service!

Andrew is the best. He is one of the reasons we own a Ranger Tug!

I couldn't agree more, I have never had a phone call or e-mail go un-answered by Andrew. 😀

Andrew is fantastic ....and so is the rest of the gang at ranger - Jeff , John and his Dad and dont forget about Kurtis they are all great!!!

I sure wish we had him at C-Dory which, in case you didn't know, has been sold/bought for the second time in a little over a year, this time purchased by Sea Sport of Bellingham, WA. We look forward to good treatment by them for our boats and have recommended the Ranger Model. Of course, they may already be doing something similar, too early to kno0w!

Andrew for President!!! 🙂

Wow, guess its hard to live up to the name. I better keep it up because I am finally doing something right I guess 😱

Thanks to everyone! I need to get out a bit more and shake a few more hands out there! I have met almost 70% of the R25 owners out there but it is getting tough as we deliver more and more boats! Thanks again friends!

For goodness sakes, he's a nice person, please don't wish that on him!

I have to agree with every ones responses. In today's financial markets it (especially the boat world), it is rare to find the commitment from a company never mind a single individual. All of my calls and problems from the trivial to not so, have been answered promptly with corrective action. The Ranger team and "TugNuts" are there to help. I have owned other vessels and still own a " prestigious " vessel from another manufacturer. However I never received the quality and depth of support from them as I have from Andrew and other Ranger owners.

Best regards,

Frank

I was talking to Andrew last Friday at the Ranger factory, he mentioned that he gives out his cell number to every Ranger owner.. he had just returned from a sea trial on a R29 and had 15 messages waiting for him. He is one popular guy.... and knows the Rangers inside and out. A true asset to the team and one of the many reasons why we purchased a Ranger.
