Hailer Horn Install

Yesterday I had a marine electrical guy add a vesper 8000 plus a hailer Horn. To install it he drilled through the exterior off course but then drilled through another barrier to feed the line. The exterior hole is properly sealed but other hole is not. Do I now have another problem?

Probably not, but you did not mention where he drilled the hole.

Exterior hole just behind the horn wiring. Then he tried to feed the line through but could not find a pathway. So he continued through that next barrier which was appox 4 inches below.
