Has anyone else seen this type of crazing in the finish of their swim platform?

The photo is magnified to show the crazing.
Are these stress fractures like you get in gel coat?
I thought the swim platforms were made from Starboard, which I thought was resistant to these sort of hairline cracks.
Is this anything to worry about? Any remedy?
