That’s a custom job for a R25 diesel. A few places in Florida do custom hard tops but they need your boat for several days and are not inexpensive.

I’ve considered the same for my R-27 Classic. I spoke to a local company last week at the Seattle Boat Show and they “guesstimated” that the fabrication would be in the $12-15k range for a finished hardtop.

I would also like to know if anyone has found a cost effective hard top solution. Our canvas is always deployed. It is nearing its end of life and I'd like to replace it with a hard top with canvas side curtains.

You might want to contact these guys and talk to them to get more info. They are in NJ which is closer to you than Florida. I know nothing about them other than they specialize in hard tops and have hardtops available for many cruisers - just not stock ones for Ranger Tugs.
They mention that custom hardtops range from $3,500 to $5,000 but that may not be a valid estimate for what you are looking for on a boat they have never done a hardtop for...
