Has anyone called for Yanmar Tech help at 610-495-7011

I've been trying to get some tech help from Yanmar on a few things over past 2 weeks and I'm not getting any response.

I call 610-495-7011 and select the menu number for Tech help. I leave a message and have done so 3 times now, but get no return call.

I note that this Yanmar Tech Help number announces they are SeaStar Solutions which kind of confuses me. Their business open times are 8a to 5p Monday through Friday EST.

I obtained the 610-495-7011 from one of my Yanmar manuals... and maybe this number is out-of-date... dunno.

If anyone else has a better Yanmar tech telephone number I would appreciate hearing back. Thanks.... 🙂
 
OK... I got to a Yanmar Electronics tech help person today. His name is Duane and can be reached at 941-350-4196. He was very helpful and is located in NC. 😀
