The hatches on Ranger Tugs are Jim Black hatches and available from various distributors. They do have a habit of cracking in the corners, and I am a little surprised that Fluid Motion has not switched to a different supplier. You cannot replace just the top, but it is not difficult to replace the entire hatch (unless it is one of those in the cockpit overhang on a R29S which cannot be fully opened or removed without first removing the sport racks). For a quick fix, white silicone should work to stop your leak and not be too unsightly (that is what I have done with the ones on my cockpit overhang as opposed to the massive project of removal of the sport racks).
