On two occasions now I have returned to my R21EC in the slip and found the accessories (lights, chart plotter) unresponsive as if the house battery was dead. Shore power was plugged in to my Pronautic 1220 charger, but it is inside the aft hold so I did not note the status lights. Engine started without problem and after running for a few minutes I turned it off and it appears that charging resumed normally afterwards since the following day I returned to take the boat out and everything seemed to be operating normally.
So how do I diagnose the problem? Is it the battery, the ACR, or the charger that's not working properly?
