Hi all,
Not sure exactly how to get to the holding tank on a 23, but if it is installed the same as our Cutwater 24 (very likely. Designed by the same engineering team) you can get to the tank by removing the inboard rat fur panel in the quarter berth. You will see it being held in place with several square head screws. Remove those and you can see the holding tank forward of the water tank, which sits on top of the fuel tank. For reference, the holding tank would be just under your feet if you were to stand on the main floor (center) right next to the helm and in front of the v-berth door. Hope this helps.
