Holding tank pump out issue

I had the holding tank on my 2014 Ranger 31S pumped out successfully today, but the service person said that she had a lot of trouble and thought maybe the holding tank vent filter was plugged. Anyone know how I get to this to check? Many thanks for any help or ideas.

Hello.

From the factory, we don’t install a vent filter so it would need to be discussed with the original owner to see if they might have added one. Pretty sure the vent is behind the refrigerator so I would remove and inspect if contacting the original owner is not an option. It could also be a plugged vent from the outside. I would remove the holding tank pump out cap and try to force water from the outside of the vent or apply air to see if it comes back out of the punpout fitting. You could also remove the white vent line from the inside and blow air from the inside out.

On my 2014 R-27 I found the screens in the vent fitting to be plugged up. I removed the screens entirely.
