How do you connect to Anacortes Marina Wi-Fi 24/7?

I am looking for help on how to hookup a wi-fi Ring camera 24/7 at my Anacortes Marina boat slip.
My cellphone can connect to the marina wi-if, yet my Ring can’t.
Eco internet services says I need to buy their router and client station. If you have hooked up 24/7 to marina wi-fi, I would like to discuss details with you. Thank — Stan

I'm not sure about Ring but every wifi camera I have used only runs on a 2.4GHz wireless network. The marina wireless network might be 5GHz. I would start there.
