How to add Garmin Virb XE as backup camera

I was told the Garmin Virb XE can be used with my onboard Garmin 7215 to act as a backup camera. Has anyone set this up?
I'm not very tech savy, but this seems like a cool tool, when single handing my tug.

I am not sure about the 7215 but I definitely know it works on the 7616. I think the 7215 would need to have wireless capability. I do not know if they came with that function or if it is an option. On our unit, in other displays: like A/V engine info, fuel info there is a button for the Virb. You select that then configure the virb to your boat wifi and it magically appears. It is really a neat feature.
