How to "re-home" the wiper on a 23

One of the wipers on my R23 no longer settles in the correct location. It is down on the windshield by about 6 inches. It still sweeps the correct area but goes beyond top when turned off. I am wondering how I can get this back to the top when turned off?

We have an R29S so I don't know if our boats wipers are set up the same. If they are, when mine did this I pressed the black rubbery button, just above the wiper on/off toggle, to reset the wiper. When I did it corrected back to a normal park position.
