How to reactivate an "inactive" account?

I'm in infrequent poster and when I recently tried to log in I got a message that my account was "inactive" and to contact the administrator. I created this new account and am trying to PM an administrator to reactivate my original account, but the "admin" user isn't accepting PMs. Can anyone tell me how to contact an administrator to get my original account reactivated?

I would also suggest the FAQs be updated to reflect how to do this, beyond just saying to contact the administrator.
