I just noticed today that the fitness app on my smart phone/watch lights up and congratulates me whenever we hit a big sea/wake. Anybody know how to derate the accelerometer(s) that are giving me good exercise grades with no effort on my part?
 
Delete the app and rely on your own intelligence to know whether you’re getting enough exercise??
 
Hey the other day I had a friend on my boat with the same app and we were in rough seas. It was amazing how much exercise he did and didn't even break a sweat. :lol:
