We found the limited amount of FLAT floor space in the forward cabin of our 2021 R27 really irritating. Managing the Keurig or doing anything with the shelf area requires planting one foot on the slanted section and (for me) leaning against the counter. Hard to explain, but iykyk. So Dave designed a raised floor that extends over the slant, increasing the flat surface area significantly. And it’s wonderful! It takes several inches out of the headroom, of course, but that’s no problem for either of us (he’s 5’10” — might be a problem for anyone taller). He used 2x4’s to make a frame, then cut plywood to fit. The 2x4’s standing on the 2” sides and plywood brings the floor up to just below the door of the head. I bought a thin(ish) rug and cut a piece to fit both the top as well as around the sides, to provide cushioning and fill any small gaps. I would love to share photos, but need someone to explain how to do that! (I know to tap Img, but don’t know what to insert between the

Copy the URL of the image you want to share and paste it between the middle brackets (where the word ]and[ is in your example. The image needs to be on a publicly accessible source.

Cheers,

Is my Google Drive considered ‘publicly available” if I set the sharing options to “anyone with link”? I tried that, but this site gives me an error that says “it was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.”
