Installing Bimini Boot on R29 Classic

My wife and I are trying to understand how to install the Bimini boot. It seems that you need to completely remove the canvas in order to install the boot. Are we missing something?

Nope, you're exactly right the Bimini has to be detached from the boat, you bring all the Bimini bows together, wrap the Bimini around the bows in a big wad slip the boot over and zip it up!

It's a bit of a pain but as with all things Boating you get better at it as time goes on.
