Please to give instructions on HOW TO OPERATE the Sino-Wave Inverter/charger. We have technical installation instructions, but no friendly end-user instructions.

For example, at anchor, without shore power, how would you use the inverter/charger to plug in a coffee pot?

I am new to the 31cb…
If you do not have shore power plugged in, you will need to turn your generator on to fire up the galley wall plug.

I've got a 2019 R-29 CB, Northwest Edition. I generally keep the inverter turned off at anchor or not plugged into shore power. I turn it on when I want to use my coffee maker, microwave, or any other AC current device. No generator on my boat; it's not needed. My 4 house batteries, which are charged by the solar panel and by my engine when underway, work with the inverter to provide power. It's not limitless, though. Keeping the inverter turned off when not in use limits vampire power sucking at your batteries.

Often, you can find manuals for various devices online on the manufacturer website.

I hope some of this helps. Good luck!
