is this a ranger?

that's what i was leaning towards, but it was labeled something like I love Ranger Tugs...
 
June 2007 of Passage Maker magazine has a short note about these tugs in the "letters to the editor" section. In the letter it says that 10 of these boats were built by the designer Francis Murphy. Also, an article was written by Carol-Ann Giroday entitled, "M/V Popeye, The Little Trawler That Could." I'm not sure which issue that article is in. "Popeye" is owned by Ron and Sue Lange of Roseburg, Oregon. Apparently a sister tug named "Olive Oyl" is owned by Colette Witherspoon of Port Huron, Michigan.
