I have a 2008, 25 Ranger Tug with the Smartcraft system and a Cummins 150 HP, QSD 2.OL. We were running the boat for it's final check before dropping her into the water. She started up immediately and was running for about 3 minutes when she suddenly stalled. Attempted to restart, she turned over but would not start. The Smarcraft screen then displayed an error code of "no sim card data j39" Now when you turn the key it does not turn over or try at all.
I checked the manuals and every code is there up to J38 and starting again at J40, no mJ39.
Has anyone else had this problem?
