Happy Fourth everyone. Two “mods” I tried out yesterday that worked and I’m curious as to others thoughts. 2021 R27.
First - I don’t have a generator or the lithium option. I bought a portable power station - Jackery 1000. Weighs 22 lbs. Used it yesterday while anchored for fireworks to power the electric grill. Worked perfectly with plenty of power left after cooking burgers and dogs.
Mod 2 - we bought the Takacat 260. With my 14 year old, we were able to lift it inflated and put on the sport racks over the solar panel. Fits with a little room on either side of panel. Obviously blocks panel, but when underweigh not an issue. Used pool noodle to cushion and straps to hold in place. Have not tried running at speed yet.
