Just lost my slip neighbour and gone to a Krogen 42

I had my slip neighbour alongside me for over 4 years now and today I find out he's selling his hand made 30-foot tug. He's also selling his house and has bought a 1983 Krogen 42 for $160K to live aboard. I shall miss him and the good discussions we've had over these 4 years.

Does $160,000 sound right for a 1983 Krogen 42 -- has two state rooms and nice teak trimmings with full canvas covers ?

Hmmm... $160K seems to be the going price for a 30 yr old one.... thanks. 🙂
