Last year I got a Panther bracket installed on a swim platform of my C30CB, and I put a Yamaha T9.9 on it. This kicker has an electric start and power tilt, and until now, I've been using it with a portable starter battery. I'm currently adding Panther remote controls (T5 steering + TrollMaster throttle control), and I'd like to make electrical connections permanent.
Has anyone done anything like this? Any thoughts on connecting to the house vs. engine bank? Do I want an extra switch for the kicker circuit? Any recommendations and/or photos of existing installations would be super appreciated.
