I just saw this at the Brentwood Bay Marina, and want to know if it is custom or available from a vender to purchase.

I saw either this setup or one identical to it on Bowen Island a few years ago. The owner said it was made by the Fluid Motion railing supplier at the time, Bolton Stainless in Armstrong, BC. I was going to follow up and order one, but....................
