Latest Posts

For the past few weeks I've noticed that posts under the "Rangers For Sale by Owner" forum do not show when you look at the "Latest Posts" on the Tugnuts home page. They used to show up...now they don't.

I've logged on from several different computers, used diferent browsers, etc. no different; still no 'for sale' posts in the "latest topics."

What's up with that. It's like the 'for sale' forum is getting the cold shoulder.

Hi David,

It has been this way as long as I can remember. I first noticed it when I was looking to buy a R21. What I do is bookmark the For Sale by owner forum, then after seeing if new posts are there or not, I click Home to view the rest of the unread posts.

The C-Dory forum C-Brats has the new for sale posts come up under the unread posts. But not here. Never thought to ask to have it changed. But if I post something for sale, I always let TugNuts know by a short version under chat directing to the For Sale Forum.

Thanks for your comments. So, it's always been that way? I guess I'm FOS 😳 . I must be thinking of the "View New Posts" link on the home page which DOES show ALL the new posts to include those from the For Sale Forum...I think :?:

The Tugnuts are their own independent site but using ideas from other forums (like C-brats) is sometimes useful. It's not a big deal to omit the FS posts from "Latest Posts," but it would be convenient to make them more obvious.

What do I know...I guess I never click the view new posts link, as just take what comes up when I click Home. I thought that was the same thing. Bill "Da Nag" is the tech guru for both sites, so I am sure he can "fix" this for us when he has time....if we ask him nicely. 🙂
